  • Real Ginger

Instead of ginger ale, get real ginger and boil it on water. We’ve learned earlier that many diseases including nausea and vomiting can be eased by a natural ginger tea. And it is not a folk tale. Science back up that ginger is an effective cure for certain kinds of stomach upset.

It has a natural anti-inflammatory property, and it is offered in several forms. There are ginger beverages, ginger supplements, and even ginger chews.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Some cannot take this method, but if you could, try taking a tablespoon to neutralize your raging tummy. If it deemed too strong, mix one tablespoon of apple cider with a teaspoon of honey plus a cup of water. Gradually sip the mixture.
